We understand that sometimes you might need time to ensure your lab-grown diamond jewelry is exactly what you envisioned. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, minus a Rs. 1,000 return processing fee. This fee applies to each product returned under the 15-Day Money Back Policy.

What's not included in the 15-Day Money Back Policy:

• Previously Exchanged Items: You can only exchange your item once for its full value within the 15-day period. Any subsequent exchanges will be considered under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.

• Engraved, Personalized, or Customized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been personalized or altered in any way.

• Customized Jewellery: The 15-Day Return Policy does not apply to custom-made jewelry.
   

Conditions for Return:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no scratches, damage, wear, or alterations.

• All stickers and tags must be intact. Any tampering with product tags or original packaging will result in a denied return.
   

How You Receive Your Refund:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account.

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking).
   

How to Return Your Product:

Initiate Your Return: 

• Within 15 days of delivery, email imfo@maaricha.com to schedule a return pick-up.

Gather Your Items:

• Include the original product certificate and a copy of the invoice.

• Pack the jewelry in its original packaging along with the certificate.

 
Schedule Pick-Up:

• Await a logistics representative to pick up your return.

• Collect confirmation of pick-up (paper receipt, tracking number photo, or SMS confirmation).
   

Quality Check:

• ​Upon receiving your return, we will perform a quality check for any signs of wear or damage.

Refund Processing:

• Once the quality check is cleared, a refund will be issued to your bank account within 10 business days, minus the Rs. 1,000 return processing fee.

• Items showing wear, alterations, resizing by a non-company jeweler, or damage will not be accepted for a 15-Day Money Back Guarantee.

 
Loss of Certificate Deduction:

• A Rs. 1,500 fee will be deducted if the original product certificate is missing.

 
EMI Purchase Deduction:

• If the product was purchased through EMI, an additional 1% of the total purchase amount will be deducted from your initial installment refund.
   

Return Shipping:

• For customers unable to return their products to a store, Ivani Diamonds will schedule a reverse pick-up. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (Rs. 1,000 will be deducted from the refund to cover these charges).
