At Ivani Diamonds, we are committed to your satisfaction. That's why we offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases* made from Ivani Diamonds within India.

How it Works:

You can return your lab-grown diamond jewelry for exchange or buyback at any time. Here's a breakdown of each option:

• Buy-Back: We will offer you a buyback value based on the current market value of your diamond, considering factors like cut, clarity, color, and carat weight.

• Exchange: You can exchange your jewelry for another item of equal or greater value. The exchange value will be determined after deductions.. Moreover, a product can only be exchanged

 

Important Details:

• To ensure a smooth process, please bring the following:

  • Original receipt or invoice

  • Valid form of identification

  • Original product certificate (if applicable)

  • Warranty Card (if applicable)

• The jewelry should be in good condition, with minimal wear and tear. We recommend keeping the original packaging for this purpose.

• The following deductions will be applied:

  • Making charges . Please refer to the making charges page by clicking here.

  • Taxes

  • Rs. 1,000 processing fee

  • Original discount amount or free gift value (if applicable)

• Loss of original product certificate: A fee of Rs. 1500 will be deducted.

Eligibility/Conditions:

• This policy is valid only for purchases made in India.

• All items submitted for exchange or buyback will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department to ensure they are free from damage, wear, alterations, resizing, etc. The department's decision is final and binding.

• Original invoice and a copy (or original) of the product certificate (if any) must be produced for exchange/buyback.

• Only jewelry purchased from Ivani Diamonds stores is eligible.

• Buyback is not applicable on Baguettes, Tapered, and Choki diamonds.

• Exchange & Buyback is not applicable on Polki, Pearl & Colored Stones.

• Any discounts applied during purchase (metal/stone value) will be deducted from the current market price when determining the buyback/exchange value.

• E-Points used during purchase will be deducted from the Lifetime Exchange value.

• Buyback is only applicable for products purchased at a value up to Rs. 4,99,999/-.

• If the product was purchased through EMI, an amount equivalent to the non-paid EMI will be deducted in addition to other deductions.

• Please note that customized jewelry cannot be eligible for exchange or buy back offers. This may vary from item to item. 

• The product must be exchanged in its original packaging, with no scratches, damage, wear, or alterations.

Shipping and Insurance:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will deduct the higher amount of Rs. 1,000/- or the actual delivery charges when determining the final value.

Changes in Policies:
