1. Overview of Our Commitment

Ivani Diamonds is committed to building generational trust in lab-grown diamond jewellery. We offer a transparent, structured Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back Programme across all our certified diamond rings, pendants, bracelets, and bespoke creations.

3. Buy-Back Valuation Structure

If you wish to liquidate an eligible Ivani Diamonds item for direct refund:

  • Gold/Platinum: 95% of current market value by net weight.
  • Lab-Grown Diamonds: 70% of current diamond value at the time of buy-back.
  • Buy-back funds are credited directly to the customer's verified bank account via NEFT/RTGS within 7 business days following laboratory inspection.

4. Prerequisites & Verification

To initiate an exchange or buy-back:

  • The original SGL / IGI Gemological Certificate and original purchase invoice must accompany the piece.
  • The laser-inscribed serial number on the diamond girdle must match certificate records.
  • The item must not be altered or repaired by third-party uncertified jewellers.
